The type of role the Early Bird gets in ''Dr. First'' means it could have feasibly appeared in any of the existing ''Mr. Men'' universe stories. It might be quite difficult to verify ''Dr. First'' as the first appearance given the amount of online information on the subject (just look at the ''Mr. Men'' Wiki's page on [https://mrmen.fandom.com/wiki/Doctor_Who Doctor Who]!).
