Peter Jeffrey (18 April 1929-25 December 1999[1]) appeared in two Doctor Who television stories: as the Pilot in The Macra Terror and Count Grendel of Gracht in The Androids of Tara.

He was also considered for the role of the Second Doctor and, subsequently, considered for the role of Orcini in Revelation of the Daleks. (TCH 41)
