Grand Serpent was a title given to a powerful political figure on Inston-Vee Vinder's home planet. They decided the protocols for a space fleet.

When Inston-Vee Vinder made a passing remark, the Grand Serpent questioned "You want my seat? Do you want to be me?". (TV: Once, Upon Time)
