An incarnation of Tecteun referred to a multiversal Time Lord ship outpost located between Universe One and Universe Two as being Division. Located outside any of the universes of the multiverse, Tecteun referred to it as a bridge because it was made to leave the universe and go into the next, leaving 'Universe 1' behind.
After setting the Flux in motion, Tecteun prepared to move on from her original universe, taking seeds into a seed vault. Accompanied by an Ood, she sent a Weeping Angel Extraction Squad to kidnap the Thirteenth Doctor to ensure she would not attempt to save the universe or discover the truth about the Division.
