Bruce, later known as "Citizen 327KL", was a resident of Australia, who presumably died due to pollution.
Biography
By 1979, Bruce was a child. He frequently dropped small amounts of litter, not knowing the damage it caused.
By 1999, Bruce was known as "Citizen 327KL". One day, urgently contacted the Fourth Doctor, begging for the Doctor's help. As the Doctor was currently two decades earlier, he could only advise 327KL on what to do, but this was futile, as when 327KL repeated the Doctor's message of "keep Australia beautiful" back to himself a few times, he choked, and presumably died.
