The fusion blaster was a type of blaster weapon used by Gallifreyan soldiers against the Daleks during the Last Great Time War.
History
During the Fall of Arcadia, the War Doctor asked a soldier for his gun. Receiving the fusion blaster, the Doctor used it to write "no more" on the side of a building. (PROSE: The Day of the Doctor, TV: The Day of the Doctor)
When the Twelfth Doctor returned to Gallifrey, having refused to divulge information about the Hybrid, Rassilon ordered a firing squad armed with fusion blasters to execute him.
