A receptionist worked as Dr Scotus' personal assistant. She sat behind a desk at the Scotus Clinic.

Scotus' receptionist showed clients, including Rhys Williams, into Dr Scotus' office. After their meetings with Scotus, she provided them with a diet sheets and settled payment.

Following a wave of clients turning psychotic, Scotus trialled a new medication plan on his receptionist. The new tablets contained a hormone which slowed the growth of the parasites. However, when she missed taking a tablet, the creature reacted, crawling out of her throat and hiding in ventilation system. Scotus abandoned both her and his clinic.

When investigating the clinic, Jack Harkness and Gwen Cooper found her body in one of the examination rooms. Her mouth was locked open, and she had blood around her lips. Her body was taken back to the Hub for further examination.

She was twig-thin, professional and elegant, with blonde hair. (PROSE: Slow Decay)
