: I don't believe that they are "very different portrayals" of the device. They are literally just the same device with the names altered so that one is suitable for a younger audience. Some massagers can look pretty phalic so perhaps the "neck massager" also resembled a black dildo? -Sigh- pure filth Paul Magrs! :: I must admit my assumption was that, even in the "censored" version, "Neck Massager" was to be understood as a polite euphemism, making this just a different name for the exact same device. - I don't believe that they are "very different portrayals" of the device. They are literally just the same device with the names altered so that one is suitable for a younger audience.
