Fantom Films, later rebranded Fantom Publishing, is a publisher of books, audiobooks, and DVDs, a number of which relate to Doctor Who. Under the name Fantom Events, they also run several Doctor Who-related conventions and signing events.

They have published autobiographies or biographies of Bob Baker, John Leeson, Mary Tamm, Derrick Sherwin, Jon Pertwee, William Hartnell, Deborah Watling, Anneke Wills, Lalla Ward, and Barry Letts, as well as fiction from Victor Pemberton and Richard Franklin. Their Cult Conversations DVD series hosted by Toby Hadoke has interviewed Katy Manning and Terry Molloy.

Following the rediscovery of The Web of Fear and The Enemy of the World, Fantom Films released unofficial commentaries to the stories, moderated by Toby Hadoke.

Fantom Films has also published the audiobooks of two Doctor Who spin-off book series: Time Hunter from Telos Publishing and Lethbridge-Stewart from Candy Jar Books.

During the COVID-19 lockdown and restrictions, Fantom Films moved their conventions online, under the title Time-Space Vusualiser. These virtual conventions contained a mixture of newly-recorded and archive interviews with the cast and crew of Doctor Who (as well as those involved with official merchandising), reviewers, comedy sketches and competitions. These were followed by a spin-off series, The Unsung Heroes of Doctor Who, which contained brand-new interviews with some of Doctor Who's overlooked contributors.
