Benson was Babe Roth's servo robot.
History
Babe received a video call from Benson while she was fighting Werelox, telling Babe about how Filbert Roth deactivated him while he was cooking dinner and painted his head parts.
When Babe thought her freighter the Spacehog was headed on a suicide mission to attack the Dalek battlecraft, she received another call from Benson as well as Babe's children. She told Benson to look after Filbert and her daughter. (COMIC: Doctor Who and the Dogs of Doom)
