New Earth was a planet located in the New Earth System. A human civilisation lived on the planet. The president of the star system, Wilson K. Wilson, also took his residence on New Earth. The Daleks invaded the system and planned to destroy it with neutron fire so that they could turn the system into a breeding ground for cloning Daleks.
