Miss Clarke was a clerk at Torchwood One in the 1950s. Norton Folgate theorised that Reginald Rigsby had hired her for the job purely because of her name.
Norton asked Miss Clarke to coax Konstantin Gregor's location from the Metatraxis, but she instead sent him the necessary form for him to fill in as he seemed to be "confused" and let him know that she was heading home and would deal with it the following day. Norton, who had said that he would kiss her bunions if she came through, was displeased. (AUDIO: Parasite)
