Fred Mullins (PROSE: The Secret Lives of Monsters) was a porter at Ashbridge Cottage Hospital.

He overheard Dr Henderson talking to Dr Lomax about the Third Doctor's non-human blood samples. Afterwards, he called the Daily Chronicle offices (TV: Spearhead from Space) and told the story to James Stevens. (PROSE: Who Killed Kennedy) Afterwards, he was given the job of keeping the reporters out of the hospital. He was unable to tell a reporter the identity of Channing due to the fact that he didn't know himself. (TV: Spearhead from Space)
