In 2008, Bill Williams was the doorman at Ashley ab Hugh Museum in Cardiff. He was an old-fashioned man who had worn the same suit for years, and had a distaste for websites.
When Gwen Cooper and Toshiko Sato visited the museum, looking for an alien artefact that was displayed in the then-private collection in the 1960s, Bill told them that a private investigator had once come looking for the same artefact and was dead three weeks later. (PROSE: The Beauty of Our Weapons)
