Private investigator (The Beauty of Our Weapons)
At some point in the 1970s, a private investigator was hired by Russian billionaire and mobster Dimitri Arkanovitch to locate an alien artefact which Arkanovitch believed to be a sculpture.
The investigator visited the Ashley ab Hugh Museum, where the artefact had been kept in the then-private art collection of Ashley ab Hugh. He left when Bill Williams informed him that the item had been sold at auction in 1963. Three weeks later, the investigator discovered the artefact in a warehouse on Cardiff's docks, where it was in the possession of a cult. When the investigator informed Arkanovitch of the artefact's location Arkanovitch had the artefact stolen, then had the investigator shot and killed to cover his tracks. Local police discovered his body by the docks, and his death was chalked up to "gangs and drugs". The killer was never found. (PROSE: The Beauty of Our Weapons)
