Justice Gamma was a prison planet, and the fifth planet in the Justicia system. It orbited two hundred million miles from the system's suns. The Blathereen planned to use this planet, and its incarcerated inhabitants, to perform heavy labour.

Justice Gamma had a Middle Eastern jail colony where human prisoners were kept. The prisoners had a wide variety of experiments performed on them, and according to Dennel they were often “drugged up".
