Clem Sel Hetch Blathereen was one of the Blathereen criminal group in the 26th century and the cousin of Ermenshrew Blathereen. He disguised himself as a human pilot piloting a shuttle taking Rose Tyler to Justice Prime. He was then attacked by Dennel (who hid aboard the shuttle); they tried to use his palm print on the shuttle's flight console, but his skin suit was destroyed when a flame from a lighter interacted with his compression field's gas exchange. The shuttle then spiralled off course and crashed on Justice Delta. (PROSE: The Monsters Inside)
