Ermenshrew Blathereen

Ermenshrew Blathereen was the one of the Blathereen who attempted to use Justicia as a planet destroyer in the 26th century. She used the skin of Consul Issabel as a disguise. In her criminal career she destroyed planets, massacred millions and ran a talent agency on Hastus Minor. After the Ninth Doctor defeated the Blathereen, she killed her half-brother and commander, Don Arco, and attempted to transmat away, but was killed due the Doctor's sabotage of the transmat machine.
