Black Monday

Black Monday was, according to Markus Creevy in 1989, the "biggest financial meltdown" since the Wall Street Crash.

The crash was part of an operation dreamt up by Maxim Alexandrovitch Felnikov to destabilise the western world. Markus lost a lot of money because of it, as did several of Felnikov's superiors. As a result of his involvement, Felnikov was sent back to the People's Army. (AUDIO: Crime of the Century)
