Commander Jakernia was an Ice Warrior and leader of the First Martian Elite Death Squad.
Biography[[edit] | [edit source]]
Jakernia was pair-bonded with Abiathar. When his experiments in trying to make Ice Warriors capable of living outside of the cold caused him to begin absorbing heat, Jakernia insisted that she be the one to lead the operation to safely kill him before he exploded.
Searching for Abiathar, Jakernia found and chased Ros Green, Harry Sullivan and Naomi Cross and met Kate Stewart, whose help she accepted in return for giving UNIT access to her database. They eventually caught Abiathar and released him in the safety of space, after which she returned Kate, Osgood, Harry and Naomi to the United Kingdom. (AUDIO: Fire and Ice)
