Hok Nepo was an actor native to Anhaut.

Nepo was hired by Glax and Rahk of the Galactic Glax Picture Corporation movie studio to star in a movie version of the Dalek invasion of his world, which had taken eight hundred years earlier, in which he would play General Nor-Din.
When real Daleks invaded Anhaut, he narrowly escaped being exterminated and fled with Glax to the desert of Vaksh to learn how Nor-Din had defeated them. After the Daleks' slave Kuay used Nor-Din's telepathic weapon against the Daleks at the cost of her own life, and Nor-Din's pyramid-shaped weapon chamber became her final resting place, Glax and Nepo departed to return to the city — with Nepo declaring "I never want to see another Dalek for as long as I live..!"
