Glax
Glax was a hologram-movie producer native to Anhaut, and the owner of the Galactic Glax Picture Corporation movie studio.

Glax and his production partner Rahk decided to make a movie about the Dalek invasion of their world which had taken place eight hundred years earlier. It was to star Hok Nepo as General Nor-Din.
When real Daleks invaded the planet, he narrowly escaped being exterminated and fled with Hok to the desert of Vaksh to learn how Nor-Din defeated them. After Kuay used Nor-Din's telepathic weapon against the Daleks, Glax hoped to make a new movie, suggesting the title Daleks: The True Story and saying to Nepo "Why, I could even star in it!" Whether Glax ever did make this movie remains unrecorded. (COMIC: The Return of the Daleks)
