Charlotte Benton (PROSE: Wartime) was the younger sister of George, John and Chris Benton.
Biography
Charlotte was still only a baby, and being looked after at home by George, when her brother Chris was killed in a fall from the high wall of a ruined tower during a picnic with their parents and John; (PROSE: Wartime) and her father, an army sergeant, was killed at Normandy during the Second World War. John called her his "kid sister", and often met up with her. During his days with UNIT, he was going to meet her at eight o'clock outside the Chinese takeaway.
John was planning to take Charlotte to a dance at the Palais, and phoned her from Devesham Control to remind her not to be late. (TV: The Android Invasion)
