The following people composed the Incidental Music for Doctor Who from An Unearthly Child to The 1996 telemovie. The Doctor Who Theme itself was composed by Ron Grainer. From Series 1 (2005) to Series 10 (2017), incidental music was composed by Murray Gold. From Series 11 (2018) onwards, the incidental music has been composed by Segun Akinola.
