Composers John Lewis & David Snell have also composed for the series, but had their scores replaced. Lewis was originally hired to score The Mark of the Rani but fell ill during production (which ultimately resulted in his death) & was replaced by Jonathan Gibbs. Snell was originally hired to score Paradise Towers but producer John Nathan-Turner rejected the music after it was completed (deeming it too repetitive) & replaced him with Keff McCulloch who provided a replacement score inside of a week. Both Lewis & Snell's original scores can be found as Special Features on the DVD & Blu-Ray releases.
