Hulver was from the city of Meitenol on the Eastern River on Halstad. He was taken before the destruction of his planet. He tried to attack the Gulfrarg ambassador and thought that Bernice Summerfield sounded like his former lover. He later told her that it was the Gulfrargs that abducted him to vivisect him. He was a musician. The Gulfrarg ambassador stole his harp and his people's art. He eventually killed the ambassador. (AUDIO: The Extinction Event)
