Jack "Hobby" Hobson was the British commander of the Moonbase in 2070.
Biography
When the Second Doctor first arrived on the Moonbase, they were in the middle of a crisis. Hobson was suspicious of the Doctor at first, and his suspicions grew when he realised their problems started around the same time the Doctor and his friends arrived. He threatened to throw the Doctor and his friends off the Moonbase, even though he had given the Doctor a day to find the cause of the infection on the Moonbase.
