Arthur was a sin eater which Rohesia and Raymond kept underground. She thought of herselves as ugly. She wanted a time lord. Mags helped her to escape. She took Mags' form. She couldn't remember her true name so choose Arthur from a list of names the Seventh Doctor had. She was used by Feratu to suppress their vampire abilities. She helped the Doctor find the real Mags. She later took the Doctor's form. When she was shot she regenerated back into Mags and stayed on Earth with Ace. (AUDIO: An Alien Werewolf in London)
