Acquaintances was a live mini-episode that aired on The John Bishop Show. It was written by John Bishop and featured Bishop as his Doctor Who character Dan Lewis appearing with his wok that debuted in War of the Sontarans.

It featured characters from the shows Friends and Downton Abbey.

  • Throughout The John Bishop Show Bishop was allowed to include Doctor Who elements to help promote the then-ongoing Series 13. In one episode of the show he displayed an explicit image of Dan Lewis and Karvanista engaging in coitus.
