Bliss was a human female from England. She appeared to be a somewhat talented artist, singer and guitar player.

In early 2007, she joined LINDA, only to be absorbed by the Abzorbaloff when he first arrived in March that year, making her his first victim in the group. The Abzorbaloff, disguised as a human "Victor Kennedy", claimed that she had left to get married. When the rest found her absorbed weeks later, her place was the Abzorbaloff's right buttock, making it difficult for her to breathe and speak. Because her face was compressed into the seat of his chair, Bliss could only speak when the Abzorbaloff let her by lifting himself up, otherwise she would be restricted to muffled speech and moaning. She was also subjected to the Abzorbaloff farting on her. She helped the Tenth Doctor and Elton Pope destroy the Abzorbaloff by pulling him apart from the inside on Ursula Blake's urging. This killed her as well as fellow LINDA members Bridget and Mr Skinner. They, along with the Abzorbaloff, were absorbed by the earth and melted into a gooey puddle, which fused into the ground. Personality

Elton Pope recalled that Bliss was "ever so sweet". She enjoyed singing, playing the guitar and creating art, and seemed to be a bit naive, albeit very friendly. Victor Kennedy referred to her as a "stupid girl", in reference to the fact she remained alone with a stranger, away from her friends. (TV: Love & Monsters)
