Ammar Elkady was was an associate of Lyam Yce. He dealt with most of his business dealings.
He showed Constance Clarke and the Sixth Doctor a strange sphere that had been uncovered. After Aryan Wyke died, he was distraught because the death sounded like a myth he discovered about the system. He had feelings for Constance and helped her escape an explosion. He took the live connection in redirecting the Hostile Action Displacement System to remove the Ninexie from the TARDIS console and survived the shock.
