Reversible DVD sleeves enabled the collector to display one of two designs featuring either the Doctor and his enemies or his companions.

Travelling alone, the Doctor arrives on {sic} planet on which a tribe called the Sevateem worship the god Xoanon. He soon discovers that Xoanon is in fact a computer that he once tried to repair but instead drove completely insane. Why is the Doctor's face carved into a mountainside? Who is the Evil One? How do the Tesh serve Xoanon? And can the Doctor persuade his new friend Leela that he doesn't eat babies?
