Andrew McCulloch (born 27 October 1945[1]) co-wrote the Doctor Who serial Meglos with John Flanagan. They are currently the earliest surviving writers to have written for the series.
The serial Project Zeta Sigma, which Flanagan and McCulloch also co-wrote, was cancelled in 1981 by Antony Root as script editor, with the approval of Barry Letts in the absence of John Nathan-Turner.

He is the younger brother of Ian McCulloch, who played Nilson in Warriors of the Deep.
