John Flanagan (born 22 May 1944[1]) and Andrew McCulloch wrote the Doctor Who serial Meglos. They are currently the earliest surviving writers to have written for the series.

The serial Project Zeta Sigma, which Flanagan and McCulloch also co-wrote, was cancelled in 1981 by Antony Root as script editor, with the approval of Barry Letts in the absence of John Nathan-Turner.

He shared his memories of Meglos on the documentary Meglos Men.
