Biography[[edit] | [edit source]]

Felicity, known as Fliss, trained alongside Mark Seven who she developed feelings for, which he could not reciprocate.

Years later, Fliss was badly injured by a Sontaran fragmentation mine and taken to Beltros Station. There she met Mark again, who was visiting the station with the Doctor and Anya Kingdom. As she could not be saved due to her injuries, Fliss was used a part of Major McLinn’s project to mutate wounded soldiers into fake Daleks. In her Dalek form, parts of a Kaled mutant were grafted onto her, causing her to develop thoughts of a real Dalek. In this confused state, she encountered Mark and Anya and began to pursue them, believing them to be Thals. Realising her identity, Mark insisted Anya and the Doctor give him the opportunity to get through to her, but he was unable to calm her down, causing her to exterminate him. In her confused final moments before the station self-destructed, Fliss proclaimed her love for Mark. (AUDIO: The Trojan Dalek)
