Treays only worked on the first 4 episodes of Marco Polo because he had a falling out with designer [[Barry Newbery]] and said he couldn't light Newbury's complex sets. On episode 4 [[Howard King]] was brought in to work with Treays and completed the remainder of the story by himself.
