Ted Rogers was a member of Captain Hopper's crew who transported Professor Parry's expedition to Telos in the 25th century.
He helped detonate the explosives that revealed the doors to the Telosian Cybermen's tombs and was suspicious of the Second Doctor and his companions. When Hopper's ship was sabotaged, the crew repaired it so the expedition could escape Telos. (TV: The Tomb of the Cybermen)
