The Penansulix Structure, also known as the Penansulix Science Structure, was a location on the planet Gallifrey, the homeworld of the Time Lords. The Edifice was faintly discernable as it hovered over this Gallifreyan structure. There were at least ninety-six floors within the building and it possessed a number of residential quarters within its form.
