Jack Bartlett was a wages clerk for a building site on the Marylebone Road.
He met Eddy Stone outside the Holborn Library. Eddy's empathic nature made him become Jack's ideal lover. He was devastated when Eddy was murdered in 1958. He helped the Seventh Doctor stop Dr Moriah from causing widespread deaths throughout London. (PROSE: Bad Therapy)
