Moriah
Moriah was the first king of Krontep.
When he found out about his wife's Petruska's infidelity, he beat her nearly to death. She then committed suicide in despair.
Moriah used the time-space tunnel Petruska developed to travel to 1950s Earth. He founded the Petruska Psychiatric Institution and created the Toys, hoping to recreate his wife. His self-loathing made any of the Toys he used for that purpose reject him and become twisted versions of Petruska. He imprisoned them in caverns beneath the Institute.
When some of the Toys escaped, he sent members of the Scraton gang to kill them, since he did not want them having lives out of his control.
Eventually the malformed Petruskas escaped and found Moriah, attacking him while the Seventh Doctor collapsed the time-space tunnel. This killed him and destroyed the Institute. (PROSE: Bad Therapy)
