Cheadle Hulme was a suburb in Manchester.
In early 2013, Paul Magrs and Jeremy took Fester Cat to a special vet in Cheadle Hulme, on Queen Street, not too far from the golf course. After Laul and Jeremy made the impossible decision to have Fester put to sleep, Fester dreamed of running home. (PROSE: The Story of Fester Cat)

Though it's possible that a real world location doesn't exist in the same geographic space in the Doctor Who universe, such cases are few and far between. Thus, the map to the right is probably a good indicator of the DWU location of Cheadle Hulme.
