A Dalek Commander was present in London in the 2020s as a result of the Paradox Cloud incident. It was in charge of two other Bronze Daleks, though they were aiming to be at Earth during the 22nd century. They kidnapped and imprisoned several different humans, including Erwin Green, which the Thirteenth Doctor noted was odd behaviour as they usually preferred exterminating.
