Meadows lived at 10 Sylvia Avenue (TV: The Faceless Ones) in Stanmore, (PROSE: The Faceless Ones) having moved from 34 Sylvia Avenue a week before being kidnapped by the Chameleons.
His identity was assumed by a Chameleon. After the Second Doctor defeated the Chameleons, the real Meadows was freed. (TV: The Faceless Ones)
