In the 2000s, in the year following the Christmas Titanic Incident, a newborn Adipose that had been born from the body of Stacy Campbell waved at Donna Noble, who had just entered Stacey's bathroom, before taking its leave through the window, much to her shock. On the next day, during the March of the Adipose in London, an Adipose waved at the Tenth Doctor and Donna whilst being taken to a nursery ship through a tractor beam. The Doctor and Donna returned the wave, with Donna observing "I'm waving at fat." Later, the Doctor and Donna waved at the latter's grandfather, Wilfred Mott, as the TARDIS flew through the sky with its TARDIS door open. Through his telescope, Wilf saw the two and realised, much to his excitement, that his granddaughter had found the "blue box" and the man that she had told him about. (TV: Partners in Crime)
