• January - HOMEVID: The Zero Imperative was released by BBV Productions.
• January - The John Menzies newsagent chain published REF: The Doctor Who Quiz Book (1994) by Doctor Who Magazine editor John Freeman as a promotional giveaway item.
• 15 January - DWCC 15 was released.
• 20 January - Conundrum was first published.
• 20 January - DWM 209 was released.
• 23 January - the edition of The Disney Club that guest starred Sylvester McCoy as the Seventh Doctor, was broadcast on ITV.

• 2 February - DWCC 16 was released.
• 17 February - No Future was first published.
• 17 February - DWM 210 was released.
• Target Books republished Doctor Who and the Talons of Weng-Chiang with new cover art and a slightly revised title (now Doctor Who - The Talons of Weng-Chiang).
