Lady Thelema was the Great Houses' ambassador to the Infernal Sphere during the War in Heaven. Inhabitants of the Sphere often tried to bargain for knowledge with her.
Baphomet and Byzo once met with a Thaumoctopus memeticus in the form of Thelema to trade information concerning the timeship which crashed on Earth in the Cretaceous period, leading to the evolution of the memetici. To prevent the spread of this information, Baphomet and Byzo were killed using occult objects including a wooden bell, an ancient book, and a candle.
Thelema's wooden bell was later acquired by Stendec and psychometrically examined by Mace. (PROSE: T. memeticus: A Morphology)
