Summary

In a strip showing how fan feuds proceeded before the internet, a bespectacled fan writes an angry letter to the Doctor Who fanzine, Whozoon, in response to an article. The writer of the article, a red-headed fan, reads the letter within the next issue two months later, and is outraged, preparing to promptly write a response. Several more months later, the bespectacled fan is angered by the response upon reading it in the newest issue, and prepares to pen yet another response. The argument ends up spanning several years and through multiple Doctors, with both men still attacking each other in their old age, with the bespectacled fan long since forgetting what the disagreement was even about to begin with.
