Charlie was an inmate of Stangmoor Prison.
Biography[[edit] | [edit source]]
When the Master helped Harry Mailer take control of the prison, Charlie and Lenny Vosper were assigned to guard the Third Doctor and Jo Grant, but they escaped.
While looking for them, Charlie was attacked and killed by the Keller Machine. (TV: The Mind of Evil)
