Windsor Davies (28 August 1930-17 January 2019[1]) played Toby in the Doctor Who television story The Evil of the Daleks.

He was most famous for his regular role of Battery Sergeant-Major Williams on It Ain't Half Hot Mum and Oliver Smallbridge on Never the Twain. He also appeared in two Carry On... films.
