Kitty was the proprietor of Inferno.

Biography[[edit] | [edit source]]

Kitty was friendly with Polly Wright. In July 1966, Ben Jackson became a regular at the club and Kitty asked Polly to cheer him up, saying that he was "no great advertisement" for the club. Polly and Dodo Chaplet went to do just that and, later, Kitty saw Ben knock Flash down.

With Ben in a better mood, Kitty thanked Polly and told her that she could have a job at the club should she ever want it. She answered the phone when Major Green called for Dodo, handing the phone to her, and met the First Doctor some time later when he was looking for her. Kitty told Ben that she thought he looked like "that disc jockey" and told him that she liked his "fab gear", offering him a drink on the house.

Kitty kept the club open late so that Polly, Ben and the Doctor could wait to see if Dodo would return. Eventually, she closed up and told them that they could hang a notice on the door for Dodo and asked them not to call the police so as not to jeopardise the club's licence. (TV: The War Machines)
